The company's labor union cooperated with the welding committee to organize the fourth welding skills competition of Jiangguo Co., Ltd. On September 16, the competition was held in the District 12 workshop. There are a total of 22 workstations on site. Contestants will draw lots to determine the workstation number and must complete the welding of the test piece within 90 minutes. After the competition officially started, the contestants entered their respective workstations and started fierce competition according to the competition process. The contestants were all full of energy, showing off their special skills and devoting themselves wholeheartedly to it. The competition site was full of welding spatter and arc light. It was both intense and orderly. Judges and referees were constantly patrolling the area.

Finally, all contestants finished welding the test pieces within the specified time. The judges collected and classified the test pieces in an orderly manner, looked at the appearance of the test pieces one by one, carefully evaluated them, and gave scores. The test piece is then subjected to radiographic inspection, and after film evaluation, the quality of the internal quality of the weld is determined and a score is given. The two scores are added together, and the one with the highest is ranked first. A total of 6 winners were selected in this competition: Hong Chuanxiang won the first prize; Yang Hua and Xie Guixin won the second prize; Ding Yong, Yang Zhengfang, and Chen Huanhuan won the third prize.
