Company Passes Class A Boiler License Renewal Assessment
From June 12 to 13, entrusted by the State Administration for Market Regulation, an expert team from the China Boiler and Boiler Water Treatment Association, led by Cai Liping and Ding Shengbin, visited our company to conduct an on-site assessment for the renewal of the Class A Boiler Manufacturing License. Relevant leaders from the Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Inspection Research Institute of Jiangsu Province, Suzhou Branch, the Bonded Zone Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, as well as the company's management, heads of various business lines and relevant personnel attended the opening and closing meetings of the assessment. With the full cooperation of all staff, this renewal assessment has been successfully completed.
At the opening meeting, Cai Liping, the leader of the expert assessment team, introduced the process, standards and relevant requirements of this license renewal assessment. Zhang Jiandong, Chairman and General Manager of the company, welcomed the arrival of the expert team and required all departments to attach great importance to the assessment, fully cooperate with the work, and ensure the efficient progress of the assessment. Subsequently, Wang Jianqing, Deputy General Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer of the company, delivered a special work report to the assessment team on the company's business overview, the operation of the quality management system, and the manufacturing of boiler products.
This assessment was strictly carried out in accordance with national regulations including the "Rules for Licensing of Special Equipment Production and Filling Units" (TSG 07-2019) and the "Boiler Safety Technical Code" (TSG 11-2020. Adopting a combination of on-site inspection and document review, a comprehensive and rigorous inspection was conducted on three core areas: the company's production resource allocation, the implementation of the quality assurance system, and the inspection of product safety performance.
During the on-site inspection, the assessment team visited key areas including the production workshop, heat treatment section, physical and chemical testing laboratory, non-destructive testing operation area, special site for hydraulic pressure test, and welding material warehouse. The team carefully inspected the implementation of material marking transfer for trial prototypes and on-site production control, and comprehensively verified the company's hardware supporting capacity and on-site management level.
In the document review session, the assessment team examined one by one the company's quality assurance system documents, internal audit and management review reports, metering instrument calibration files, technical and special operation personnel qualifications and other basic materials. The team focused on checking the original records and technical documents of key processes such as raw material spectral testing, welding procedures, heat treatment, and hydraulic pressure tests, and confirmed that the company's product quality traceability system is complete and the production process control is closed-loop compliant.
In response to the situation that the company had no finished Class A boiler manufacturing performance during this renewal cycle, the assessment team specially checked the complete technical documents of the company's trial-produced products and conducted on-site verification of the membrane wall and header pressure test process. After comprehensive verification, the expert team confirmed that the company has complete capabilities in Class A boiler manufacturing, inspection and whole-process quality control, and both software and hardware conditions meet the Class A boiler manufacturing license standards.
At the closing meeting, the assessment team announced the results of various reviews. The team fully recognized the company's sound production resource allocation, mature manufacturing capabilities and standardized operation of the quality assurance system, and unanimously determined that the company meets the renewal standards, and the Class A Boiler Manufacturing License Renewal Assessment was successfully passed. At the same time, the expert team put forward targeted rectification suggestions for the detailed problems found during the assessment.
The company's management attached great importance to the rectification requirements put forward by the assessment team, and immediately formulated a special rectification plan, clarified the responsible departments and completion time limits, and promoted problem rectification strictly and meticulously to ensure that all problems are closed-loop implemented and rectified in place.
The successful passing of this renewal assessment marks that the company continues to possess the full-process production qualifications for Class A boiler design, manufacturing and inspection, which fully demonstrates the company's solid production strength and strict quality control system. Going forward, the company will take this assessment as an opportunity to continuously optimize the quality management system, refine the control and account records of key processes, carry out regular special training for technical personnel, steadily improve the core manufacturing capabilities, actively explore the Class A boiler market, and continue to provide customers with safe, reliable and high-quality boiler products.
