Regarding the construction of the new plant, General Manager Zhang reported the latest progress of the project: the new plant has now entered the preparation stage for production operation. It is expected that fire safety acceptance will be completed in August, and official production will start in the fourth quarter, which is expected to achieve a breakthrough in benefits in the second half of the year. The land for the second-phase expansion has completed the listing and public notification. The company requested the government to accelerate the implementation of "three connections and one leveling" (access to water, electricity, road and site leveling) for the land, helping the company achieve "construction upon land acquisition" and efficiently promote project construction.

In response to development bottlenecks and park management challenges raised by the enterprise, the research group conducted on-site office work to accurately solve problems. For engineering issues such as the delayed construction of Jingxin Road and the impact of Hongbao sewage pipeline on the second-phase pile foundation construction, Standing Committee member He Jian immediately contacted the person in charge of the planning department, clarified the rectification and promotion timeline, and efficiently promoted the resolution of these problems.
