To enrich the amateur cultural life of young league members, relieve daily work pressure, and further enhance team cohesion and collaboration, the company's Youth League Committee recently organized all young members to go to Yongli Happy Farm for a themed team-building activity with the theme of "United inHeart, Riding the Winds and Waves, Forging Ahead ". This event, centered on immersive learning and fun expansion, guided young people to get close to nature, enhance communication, effectively revitalized team vitality, and consolidated consensus for progress.

On the day of the event, all young members gathered and set off together. After arriving at the venue, they visited characteristic areas such as the Pet Park, Rice-Frog Co-Culture Zone, and Fruit Planting Area one after another, appreciating the unique charm of rural scenery and modern agriculture from a close distance. Subsequently, everyone walked into the Party History Learning and Education Base, Archives Memory Space, and Cultural Courtyard, comprehending the original aspiration and mission, drawing strength for progress through immersive learning, and broadening their horizons and precipitating themselves in a relaxed atmosphere.

After the study tour, the fun team-building expansion officially began. Under the guidance of the coach, all members quickly divided into groups and did warm-up exercises. Everyone brainstormed to determine the team name and slogan for each group, quickly breaking down barriers and integrating into the collective. The on-site atmosphere was vibrant and full of vitality.

The fun competitions in the morning were wonderful, with projects such as frisbee tic-tac-toe, frisbee bowling, and free passing carried out in an orderly manner. During the competition,everyone focused attentively, threw accurately, cooperated tacitly, and strived for the first place, fully demonstrating the youthful spirit of young people. The subsequent "Crossing the River by Feeling the Stones" project balanced endurance and collaboration. Each team member took turns moving forward steadily, gathering synergy in the contest of speed and balance. The scene was filled with laughter, effectively bringing young employees closer and enhancing mutual friendship.

At noon, all league members gathered together to taste authentic and delicious farm food. The delicious dishes dispelled physical and mental fatigue. Everyone sat around chatting and catching up, making the team atmosphere more harmonious. After a short lunch break, the dryland curling challenge kicked off enthusiastically. As a fun event identical to the Winter Olympics, this activity combines strategy and competitiveness, greatly testing team tacit understanding. Teams competed in turns. Team members collaborated to discuss tactics, positioned accurately, and performed well in both offense and defense. Through multiple rounds of competition, they deeply understood the significance of unity, collaboration, complementarity and win-win results, effectively enhancing team cohesion and collaboration capabilities.

Considering the hot weather that day, to ensure the health and activity experience of all participants, the originally planned fresh pear picking session was adjusted to uniformly distributing fresh pears produced by the farm. The plump and juicy sweet pears brought everyone full of sweetness and surprise in the hot summer.

This team-building activity has successfully concluded. The entire event featured rich content and a relaxed atmosphere, effectively helping young employees relieve work pressure and adjust their physical and mental status. Various fun competitive projects allowed everyone to enhance friendship and consolidate consensus through interaction and collaboration, and deeply comprehend the powerful power of unity and progress.
