Excellent Supplier of ExxonMobil and SEI

On January 9^th, Mobil Huizhou Ethylene Phase I project "2023 Perfect ending 2024 strong start and project promotion Meeting" was held in Huizhou. Mobil owners, engineering companies, installation companies, excellent suppliers gathered together. Zhang Jiandong, chairman and general manager of JBPV, and Jiang Qun, sales director, were invited to attend the meeting, and respectively received the "excellent supplier" honorary medals issued by the owners of Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., LTD. (SEI) and ExxonMobil.

Mobil Huizhou Ethylene is a world-class chemical complex project with competitive advantages, and with a total investment of more than 10 billion US dollars, and is planned to be built in two phases. The project includes a flexible feed steam cracker with an annual output of 1.6 million tons of ethylene, as well as two sets of high-performance linear low-density polyethylene plants with a combined annual output of 1.2 million tons, one set of the world's largest monomer with an annual output of 500,000 tons of low-density polyethylene plant and two sets of differentiated high-performance polypropylene plant with a total annual output of 950,000 tons, the first phase of the project is contracted by SEI.

As the main supplier of SEI, our company has provided large-diameter overlapping floating head heat exchangers, internal shrinkage welding heat exchangers, tube and shell reactors and other equipment for ethylene, polypropylene, diisobutene and aromatics extraction devices in the Mobil project, with a total contract value of about 40 million yuan.

Although the equipment of the Mobil project is designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted according to the national standard, it is actually manufactured, inspected and accepted according to the requirements of export equipment. In the process of equipment manufacturing, Mobil owners and SEI have visited our company for inspection and acceptance many times from time to time, and the company has actively submitted procedure documents from the beginning of the project and communicated effectively with Mobil owners and SEI in a timely manner. In the end, our company was the only manufacturer in the project that did not receive an NCR (non-conformance report) from Mobil owner and SEI. To this end, the company has been highly recognized by the owners of Mobil, and will recommend our company to the headquarters as a global procurement supplier of Mobil, at the same time, also expressed the desire to investigate the quencher, hoping that we will provide better quality equipment for the second phase of the project.

We will take the "excellent supplier" as an opportunity to take the New Year as a new starting point, keep up with the pace of customers, serve new and old customers well, and strive to make the project equipment better.
