On the afternoon of January 28, our company solemnly held the "23 annual summary and commendation conference" in the conference center of Xinyuan Resort, where cadres and employees gathered to listen to the report, commend the advanced, and set the target. First of all, Zhang Jiandong, secretary of the Party branch, the chairman and general manager, made a report of "Striving ahead and writing the company history, pressing ahead and fortitude pursuing for the future". Mr. Zhang reviewed and summarized the achievements made last year and thanked everyone for their efforts and dedication.

In the report, GM Zhang made a comprehensive summary and retrospective analysis of last year's work, and while affirming the achievements, he also pointed out many existing problems, clarified the direction of development in the next stage, and put forward this year's work concepts and goals.

Subsequently, Zhou Lizhong, Vice Manager and chairman of the trade union, made a report of the "23 annual summary of the trade union and the 24 annual work plan". The trade union adheres to innovation as the driving force, development as the center, harmony as the theme, style as the guarantee, closely focuses on the overall situation of the company's development, fully performs the duties of the trade union, and plays an active role in completing various production and operation tasks.

And then, the financial director, the trade union audit committee Yang Yudong made the "23 annual trade union fund review report".

Therewith, the company and the trade union signed the "24 annual wage special collective contract" and the "female workers' rights and interests protection special collective contract". The company also signed a 24-year target responsibility letter with the heads of key departments.

In the end, Deputy GM Sun Chungang announced out the list of the annual commendation of the collective and individual, and issued all certificate of honor. Advanced representatives also made an exchange speech, said the struggle experience, personal experience, sincere feelings, and won bursts of applause.
