Enjoyment in the Fingers, Sharing the "Food" Bliss

To celebrate the 115th International Women's Day on March 8th and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of female employees, we JBPV organized and carried out the "Enjoyment in the Fingers, Sharing the 'Food' Bliss" themed activity on March 6th, titled "Making Dumplings on Women's Day". Female employees gathered together to celebrate this wonderful festival.

The activity began with a personal competition segment. The competition rules were as follows: within the limited 5 minutes, make dumplings, select the 5 most satisfactory dumplings for evaluation, and the judges would score based on the appearance, creativity, etc. of the dumplings. Finally, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 5 third prizes would be awarded. At the competition site, all the ingredients were ready: dumpling wrappers, fillings, and trays. Everyone was ready to show their skills. With a command, everyone immediately entered the competition. Female employees took out their best skills one after another. Some were skilled and made exquisite and beautiful dumplings; some learned on the spot with their creations, although their techniques were not perfect, the dumplings they made had various shapes and were full of creativity. The clinking of chopsticks and bowls created a cheerful symphony in the kitchen. After a series of wonderful competitions, a variety of unique and plump dumplings were presented before everyone. Finally, after the judges' careful evaluation, Wang Yunyu from the automatic argon-welding Team won the first prize with her outstanding performance.

Next, there was a relaxed and pleasant cooperation segment. While making dumplings, everyone gossip with the daily things. The atmosphere on the spot was relaxed and joyful, full of happiness. The participants were enthusiastic and from time to time, cheers could be heard. The entire scene was filled with the warmth and sweetness of a big family. Not only did everyone participate in making dumplings, but they also observed and exchanged with each other. Skilled colleagues even taught techniques hand-in-hand. Efficiency was greatly improved, warmth and happiness spread in everyone's hearts, also mingled into each small and round dumpling. The air was filled with the sweet aroma of "home", and everyone experienced the deep warmth during the labor process.

When the steaming hot dumplings were placed on the table, everyone couldn't wait to taste them. This was not only a feast of delicious food, but also a warm gathering for female employees. Everyone's faces were beaming with joy. Amidst the laughter and joy, they all received a full harvest of happiness.

This activity not only allowed female employees to relax their minds and experience the joy of doing things by themselves, but also enhanced communication among them and strengthened team cohesion. Everyone expressed that they would bring more enthusiasm and an uplifted spirit to their work, contributing the strength of women to the company's development.
