ASME renewal and extension review

From August 28 to 30, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) appointed Zhang Deyin (team leader), AIS Peng Jilang, AI Han Chunjiu to form a joint inspection team to carry out ASME certification renewal and review of Changyinsha plant site.

The Joint Inspection Unit reviewed the operation of ASME quality assurance system, on-site inspection, design, materials, technics, welding, inspection, NDT, measurement and other steps, and conducted professional assessment and defense of personnel in various positions. The demonstration products schedule, welder operation, inspection and other processes were verified on the spot. At the same time, the archival data of the products produced according to ASME code during the renewal cycle were randomly checked, and finally obtained unanimous approval from the Joint Inspection Unit experts.

With the active cooperation of the relevant audit personnel of the company, the evaluation was successfully completed on August 30. The joint inspection leader announced at the last meeting that the ASME quality assurance system and operation process of JBPV met the requirements and would recommend to the ASME Committee to continue to hold the certificate. On September 12, the new certificate was issued by ASME and published on the official website.

The successful renewal and expansion site audit of ASME certification is a full affirmation of the effective operation of the company's ASME quality assurance system and its manufacturing capabilities, laying a solid foundation for the company to further expand its international market and enhance its industry competitiveness.
