To effectively protect employees' physical health and help them promptly understand their health conditions and actively prevent diseases, the company organized a comprehensive health check-up for all staff from July 21 to 24. Consistent with previous years, the company invited Jianhua Hospital to bring the check-up services directly into the factory premises, allowing employees to enjoy professional and comprehensive health examinations without leaving the workplace, truly extending care to the production front line.

In preparation, the Enterprise Management Department actively coordinated with the Physical Examination Center of Jianhua Hospital, scientifically grouping employees based on gender, age, and job categories, and developed personalized check-up plans with clearly defined examination items and schedule arrangements. This year's check-up covers items including complete blood count, urinalysis, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function tests, chest CT, and various ultrasound examinations, striving for comprehensive coverage where all recommended tests are performed to maximally safeguard employees' health.

After the check-up notification was distributed, all departments actively responded and reasonably arranged for employees to participate in batches based on actual job requirements, ensuring that both work and health check-ups proceeded without disruption. At 7:30 every morning, participating employees arrived on time, queued up in an orderly manner, and waited for their examinations under the guidance of medical staff. On site, medical staff performed their duties conscientiously and followed standard procedures—while skillfully operating equipment, they patiently inquired about employees' daily routines and physical conditions, reminding everyone to pay attention to subtle signals from their bodies. The entire process was well-organized. After completing all examinations, each employee received milk and bread at a designated location for timely energy replenishment. Once all results are compiled, the examination center will promptly deliver the reports to the company. Special reminders and notifications will be provided for employees requiring further re-examination, striving to achieve "early detection, early re-examination, and early treatment," allowing employees with normal results to work with peace of mind and those with potential issues to receive timely professional guidance.

Employee health is the cornerstone of enterprise development.
