Milestone Achieved: First 400-Ton Crane Installed at JBPV’s Intelligent Manufacturing Base

December 26, 2025 — A key milestone was reached at the Green, Heavy Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Base of Jiangsu JBPV Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The main girder of the facility's first 400-ton overhead crane was successfully hoisted and set into place on its 25-meter-high runway beams, assisted by a 600-ton mobile crane. This achievement marks the full transition of the new plant’s construction into the equipment installation phase.

The crane was manufactured and installed by Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. Prior to shipment, JBPV dispatched a three-member project team to the manufacturer's facility in Henan to conduct the factory acceptance tests and attend the dispatch ceremony. Through careful coordination and detailed transport planning by the project team, all crane components arrived safely at the base on December 22.

The new plant will be equipped with a total of 23 overhead cranes. This integrated crane system will handle material flow from raw material intake through to finished product dispatch, providing robust support for the plant’s intelligent and highly efficient production lines.

The entire facility embodies a commitment to intelligent and eco-friendly principles. Leveraging modern architectural design and construction methods, it achieves an optimal balance between structural integrity, energy conservation, and environmental stewardship. The successful installation of this first high-capacity crane has laid a solid groundwork for the remaining phases of construction. It is projected to substantially boost JBPV's production capacity and fortify the company's competitive standing within the national chemical machinery sector.
